2. In the case of Monthly Mention Usage, if your quota is full, you have to wait for the system to reset the quota in the next usage cycle. (Check from the date of activation of the system)
Number of mentions that can be gathered per month. At the end of the monthly cycle, quotas are returned to the full number, based on the package.
You can check the reset cycle from the menu Credit > Date (the first day the system was activated).
Example from the graph: From the picture, 18,069 / 2,000,000 Mentions have already been used in this data quota.
Account Mentions is your account's storage for collected mentions. When a project or campaign is deleted, the storage quota will be returned immediately. The amount of storage depends on the quota of each package.
An example from the graph: From the figure, 472,014 / 2,000,000 Mentions storage space has been used.
The 'Keep' function is used for storage or saving of data to view later. It can be used as follows:

Currently, Mandala does not allow users to schedule posts, publish posts, or reply to chats or comments on social media platforms via the system. This functionality will be featured in future product releases from Mandala. Keep an eye out for these updates.
If you haven’t received a username or password from Mandala, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, please contact customer support here.
The monthly mentions usage is the maximum volume of data that Mandala can provide every month according to your package, this volume is measured by mentions. Your mentions quota will be renewed at the end of each monthly bill cycle.
The number of keywords also depends on your package; however, this is not a monthly quota. If you have reached your maximum quota of keywords, you can delete a campaign or remove unused keywords and your quota will be replenished. Alternatively, you can upgrade your package for more keywords.

Due to the large amount of available online data, it isn’t possible to predict how much data will be gathered or to know whether the system has collected all the data. If a campaign is set to Active, the system will continuously gather and analyze mentions for the campaign. We recommend the following:
1. Check whether the amount of data gathered is sufficient for analysis or not.
2. Set the campaign to Inactive so that the system will stop collecting mentions.
To export mentions data individually:
-Go to the Mentions Console.
-Select the Platform and search for the Mention you want. When you find it, select it by ticking the box on the left of the mention.
-Once you have selected the mentions you’d like to export, click ‘Export’ in the top right corner, then enter the email you want to receive data in the Selected Filtered Mentions box and click the ‘Download’ icon in the format that you prefer (Excel or CSV).
To export data:
-Go to the Social listening Analytics page
-Click the ‘Export’ button in the top right corner
-The Export page shows the options for exporting data, including which data you would like to export.
-Add the email address that you want to send the exported data to and click the ‘Download’ icon in the format that you prefer (Excel or CSV).
When adding keywords, using the minus sign between two words tells the system to gather mentions containing the first word but NOT the second word.
Example: If you add ‘cheese -burger’ you will be shown mentions that include ‘cheese’, but you will NOT be shown mentions which include ‘cheese burger’ or any mention that includes both words.
When adding keywords, use the plus sign between two words to gather mentions that include both words, but not necessarily adjacent. The two words can appear anywhere in the mention.
Example: If you add ‘cheese+burger’ you will be shown mentions which include ‘cheese burger’ and you will also be shown mentions such as: ‘burger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions and cheese’
The data shown will match the keywords the user added, this includes the use of spaced words.
Example: If you add the keyword ‘homemade’, you will be shown data which includes ‘homemade’ but NOT mentions which include ‘home made’ or ‘home-made’. If you add the keyword 'homemade’ you will be shown mentions which include ‘home made’ but NOT ‘homemade’.
If you add a keyword with a hashtag ‘#’ in front of it, the system will collect only mentions that contain the keywords with a hashtag.
Example: if you add ‘#Fried Chicken’ you will be shown data which includes the ‘#Fried Chicken, but NOT the data which includes ‘Fried Chicken’.
However, if you add a keyword without a hashtag, the system will also collect mentions that contain the hashtag.
Example: if you add ‘Fried chicken’, you will be shown mentions which include ‘Fried Chicken’ AND ‘#Fried Chicken’.
Excluded Keywords are keywords that you want to the system NOT to gather mentions of (these are sometimes called negative keywords).
Example: if your keywords include ‘bulls’ but you don’t want to see results for the Chicago Bulls basketball team, you could enter the word ‘Chicago’ into Excluded Keywords and those mentions will be excluded, giving you more accurate data.
There can be multiple reasons as to why the system may fail to show enough, or shows less data, such as:
a) The user has set a historical time frame that their package doesn’t support. Another reason could be that there are still no mentions on the web that references the keyword.
b) The data for the broad/popular keywords are easier to gather and hence load, whereas it might take the system longer to load the data for the specific keyword. For example, the data for broad keywords like “chicken wings” will load faster when compared to the specific keyword, “plant-based chicken wing”, as the latter is a less popular term on the web.
c) Once the user creates a campaign, it might take the system 3-6 hours or less to gather and load data.

A mention is any time that a brand, a person, or any chosen keyword is used in a post, comment, or other online content. For example, if we choose to collect mentions of the keyword ‘burger’, this Youtube post is considered a Mention, because the video’s caption includes the word ‘burger’.

If you’re having trouble connecting your social media account, try the following:
-Sign out the Mandala Analytics system
-Sign out of your social platform account Leave a period of time (about 1 minute, then re-sign in). Sometimes the social platform's API can lag.
-Sign in again to Mandala’s system and connect socials.
This depends on the purpose of the campaign. For example, if you are interested in capturing data of a specific time frame, you should not select ‘Always on’ because the system will be collecting excess data and using up mentions quota unnecessarily. If you want to continuously monitor, you should select ‘Always on’
To edit a campaign:
There are two ways to access the Edit Campaign page.
